Guidance for Play in Trophy Competitions

Those wishing to play on Tuesday 7th but not progress in the Championship should include NQ in their email.
General Guidance
No handling cash, therefore no entry fee or cash prizes.
No exchanging cards.
Assuming that the clubhouse facilities will open on 6th July we can adopt the following procedures until the touch screen entry system resumes.
1) Entries will be requested by email as at present.
2) One person per group will be nominated to mark a master score card.
3) Individuals will keep their own record to confirm their final score with the marker.
4) On completing the round the marker will forward highest score(s) and name(s) to sunside@talk21.com
5) The marker should retain the card to confirm any queries about countback.
6) Official club handicaps will apply with no Sandpiper handicapping reductions.
