Fortunately the weather gods smiled for the annual bash and was very well supported with 23 of us competing and some of those unable to play turning up for the festive dinner.
Although we were off half club handicap Trevor Wilson claimed the winner's bottle of whisky with 47 points, low handicapper Roy Williams second with 45, and more prizes distributed down to 38 points.
I'm sure everyone would like to thank the "management team" for the work they put into organising and running the event.
