Played as a club handicap qualifying competition in a strong east wind, Steve Buck won the Anderson 5 Clubs Trophy with 33 points on countback from second placed Tony Sher.
The postponed home match against Brampton has been rearranged for Thursday 26th September.
I'm informed that Andrew Edwards is very poorly and I'm sure we all wish him a speedy recovery.

Brampton Match

In view of the dodgy conditions forecast for tomorrow the match has been postponed to be arranged for some future date.

Tuesday 11th June

Draughty but dry for the Norton Cup competition today. Twenty two entered, John Wraight winning with 36 points and Peter Taylor second with 35. Doubts about weather conditions for our match against Brampton have receded so it's still on.
David Barnes hopes to be back with us soon after a long absence during which he has had his ears and eyes fixed.
