A cool start to the day welcomed 25 Sandpipers for the Thursday league. The course was looking stunning with the ironed greens playing fast. David Atherton kindly provided birthday drinks after play and captured second place with 37 points. Beating him on the count back also with 37 points was Clark Black.
No golf on Tuesday as Sandpipers travel to Slaley Hall.
