Tommy Neilly

Tommy got a good send off at Carlisle crematoriam last week. A good few Sandpipers attended and although not all attended the chapel service in Silloth afterwards the golf club was packed out for his wake.

 21 played in a Texas Scramble. Mizzly conditions to start but inproved as the day wore on. Lucky winners Harry Wright, David Holdridge and Martin Fouracre

 For those who remember "Father David" it was his funeral today with the wake held in the golf club.

 In order to preserve this 26 year record of Sandpiper activities and prevent deletion through lack of use I will make occasional contributions that may or may not be of interest.
